கடுங்குளிர் வீசிய ஒரு நாளில் ஒரு மரவெட்டி வேலையை முடித்து விட்டு தன் வீட்டிற்கு சென்று கொண்டிருந்தான். வழியில் ஒரு பணிக்குவியலில் கருப்பு கயிறு போன்ற ஒன்று கிடப்பதை கண்டான்.

உடனே மரவெட்டி அதன் அருகில் சென்று பார்த்தான். அங்கே ஒரு பாம்பு சாகக்கூடிய நிலையில் கிடந்தது. அவன் அதை எடுத்து தன் மார்போடு அணைத்து அதற்கு வெப்பமூட்டினான். பின் அந்த பாம்பை எடுத்துக் கொண்டு தன் வீட்டிற்கு விரைந்தான்.

The Horse and the Pineapple
Once there was horse with a horn living in a forest. One day while wandering through the forest, the horse saw a tree full of hanging pineapples. But the horse could not pluck them. Bee quickly learned to read and write. But Lee was lazy. He did not learn anything.
